Jackie
Owner & Lead Designer
Jackie is a detail-driven interior designer specializing in residential and small commercial spaces. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design with a Fine Arts background from Virginia Commonwealth University, an Associate's degree in Interior Design with a technical focus, and an Associate's degree in Fine Arts.
With a strong foundation in both creative and technical design, Jackie brings a well-rounded approach to every project. Her professional background includes experience as a design consultant in the kitchen and bath industry, where she guides clients through hard surface selections and material coordination.
She is proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Enscape, and applies her skills in photography, drawing, and painting to elevate her design work. Her expertise spans from space planning and fixture selection to finish specification and visual storytelling. Passionate about creating spaces that are both functional and inspiring, Jackie delivers client-centered designs that balance beauty with purpose.
Kayla
Technical Drafter
Kayla is a technical drafter with a strong foundation in interior design principles. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University and is currently pursuing her AutoCAD certification to further specialize in technical drafting and documentation.
With an artistic eye and a passion for hands-on creativity, Kayla brings both precision and artistry to her work. She has a deep understanding of the design process from concept to completion and is skilled at translating ideas into detailed, buildable plans. Her ability to combine technical expertise with an artistic approach makes her a valuable asset to any design project.
Calise
Director of Human Capital
Calise brings over 17 years of professional experience in human resources and business operations to the team. As a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), she specializes in building efficient systems that keep the business side of our creative work running smoothly.
Her expertise includes HR management, onboarding, HRIS setup, policy development, process improvement, and organizational reporting. Calise’s background working with small businesses, nonprofits, government contractors, and international teams gives her a broad understanding of how to support both the team and client experience.
With a solutions-focused and collaborative approach, Calise ensures that our operations are as thoughtfully structured as the spaces we design.
